Terra Firma Builders, LLC was founded in August 2011 by Michael J. Rabena, Sr. and Courtney S. Rabena, born of a desire to offer their clients uncompromising excellence in construction. Michael and Courtney are graduates of Saint Joseph’s University (BS and MS) in Analytical Sciences and Education, respectively. Michael’s analytical background is evident in his approach to project cost and time projections. Every cost, milestone, and deadline are mapped out for each client before a contract is signed. This process is monitored throughout the duration of the project.

Terra Firma Builders, LLC has a presence in PA, DE, NJ, NY and FL and has a dedicated team of project managers, rough and finish carpenters, site contractors and supervisors. This level of distinction in construction is achieved through passionate attention to detail, an experienced team of professionals and unsurpassed customer service.
